THE LITTLE BLACK JACKET VISITING LONDON

"Fashion fades, Style is eternal”, and so is the little black jacket!

Coco Chanel was and remains an iconic designer who created timeless garments that are set to be, till today, key items in every outfit and for every woman!

The little black jacket is one of those classical, elegant and in style pieces surviving through many fashion revolutions, through various generations and within multiples cultures.

Revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfield in a coffee table book regrouping photographs of the Chanel jacket worn by famous models, actresses and public figures and styled on their own ways, it is about time to celebrate this jacket one more time through a photographic exhibition!

Opening in Tokyo, and moving to New York, Taipei and Hong Kong, this long awaited event will be held in London in Saatchi gallery starting the 12th of October. Featuring around 113 photographs of the tweed black jacket, including some taken by Lagerfeld himself of style icons such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Dakota Fanning and Leigh Lezark, it is said to be one of the most exciting event this fall.

The exhibition is another confirmation of the brand’s creativity, elegance and excellence and a celebration of Coco Chanel.

Make sure to save the date on your fashion calendars!
