PUDSEY BEARS TO REPLACE MODELS?

It seems like charity is the new must-do for all celebrities and recently for fashion designers!

This time it’s all about children in need! Designers like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen and Victoria Beckham, to name a few, are teaming up to create the cutest and most fashionable toy, the new and stylish Pudsey Bear for Children in Need!

Organized by Katie Grand, editor of Love Magazine, each bear will be auctioned on November the 15th in profits of children’s charities!

Katie Grand reveals to VogueUK: "I was honoured to curate this fantastic collection, and have had such fun working with the designers on all of their amazing designs. BBC Children In Need is an incredibly worthwhile cause, and one which myself and all of the designers involved in the collection are privileged to support."

Overall, designers created 30 bears to be showcased at Selfridges London for almost a month starting October 24th including the exceptional Vogue Pudsey Bear, featuring the magazine’s most iconic covers throughout the years!

From floral to classic raincoat, each stuffed animal is an obvious signature of its creator; making it a fun and easy task to recognize the creative brains behind each bear: embellishments by Anya Hindmarch, umbrella and a raincoat by Burberry, leopard prints by Versace, British flag by Vivienne Westwood, Love is Life by Diane von Furstenberg and many more!

Such a creative project by great fashion minds!
